This four-week educational and group support programme has been designed to provide participants with the information, tools and motivation to increase energy levels and mobility. Energy yielding processes will be explored alongside key nutrients required to optimise energy production. A 'weekly focus' will enable participants to obtain information in bite-size chunks, and to try new dietary suggestions, recipe ideas and acivities to really get that 'Spring in your Step' ready for the Summer.

The programme includes:

1 x group presentation to introduce the programme and to explore some of the basics around energy production and cellular respiration (Wednesday 28th February)

4 x 'weekly focus' mailshots, looking at key systems within energy production as well as mobility and the reduction of pain and inflammation. Metabolism, fat as fuel and blood sugar regulation will be covered, along with dietary suggestions to help you to stay focused throughout the programme.

2 x 20 minute 1:1 sessions (at the start and end of the programme) with our registered Nutritional Therapist. Self-reflection markers, Weight, Body Mass Index, Total Body Fat and Visceral Fat measurements will be used as a baseline for comparison over the programme.

Access to a private Facebook group for the length of the programme, providing on-going support, advice, feedback and general chit-chat about all things nutrition and energy!
