COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE
From 23rd March we have taken the decision to temporarily close the shop. This is the help spread health and wellness, not a virus. Orders can still be placed by telephone or online. During this time we have set up a collection service from the shop, and also a local delivery service. Please see below.
Orders can be placed online or by telephone, by calling 01625 400113.
You can collect from outside the shop door, this will be possible between 11am to 4pm. This will available for telephone and online orders (please notify us on your order that you'd like to collect, we'll contact you when your order is ready to collect).
For orders placed from customers falling within a 3 mile radius, before 12 noon, we will endeavor to deliver on the same day, between 3pm to 5pm. This is subject to stock/staff availability. We will operate a safe and contactless delivery, leaving orders on your doorstep and informing you of your orders arrival.
Orders from customers falling outside of the 3 mile radius will be delivered by Royal Mail as per our delivery policy below.

Delivery cost will be given at the time of ordering according to your delivery requirements. This service is available Mon - Sat, 9am - 5pm.
In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item we will endeavor to inform you within 48 hours.
If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on all products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened, unused and saleable condition.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
Please send all returns on a trackable service. Include your order number, name and date of order.
